By accessing and using NextDay ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

NextDay is a self-messaging service that allows users to schedule messages to be delivered to themselves at a future date via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. The Service is intended for personal productivity and planning purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate contact information for message delivery
  • You are responsible for all content you schedule through the Service
  • You must not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • You must not abuse the Service to send spam or unwanted messages
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Message Content

You retain ownership of all messages you create. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your messages as part of providing the Service.

5. Delivery of Messages

While we strive to deliver messages at the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Message delivery depends on third-party services (email providers, SMS carriers, WhatsApp) which may experience delays or failures beyond our control.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use OTP (One-Time Password) verification to protect your account. Please do not share your verification codes with anyone.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide the Service on a 24/7 basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
